Chewy Chocolate for Passover
These cookies are absolutely decadent. They remind me of a chewy fudge cookie that is sold in a large cookie store chain.

Ingredients
1.5
cups
powdered sugar
1/3
cup
dark cocoa powder
1/4
teaspoon
salt
3
large
egg whites, at room temperature
1
cup
semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray paper with cooking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
Add in egg whites and stir with a large spoon until well mixed. It will resemble brownie batter. Once mixed, stir in chocolate chips.
Use a small cookie dough scoop to scoop out onto prepared baking sheet, leaving about two inches between each cookie.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until cookies are set and look cracked across the top. Allow to cool completely before removing from baking sheet.
